Who do I contact if I have a complaint?  

Students are encouraged to raise their complaints directly with the person concerned in the first instance. If effectively handled, most complaints will not escalate to the level of a grievance.  

Please ask your institution to provide you with the grievance policy which will outline the course of action.  

If you and/or your parents still feel dissatisfied you may lodge your complaint with Monash College Pty Ltd which oversees MUFY program. Grievance policy.

Can I change my units?

Yes, you may change your units before the designated closing date. Your course advisor should be able to advise you on the appropriate dates.  

Can I repeat my course?

Yes, you can repeat your course. Please seek the advice from your course advisor who can assist with your unit selections.  

Can I defer the Foundation Year?  

Yes, you may defer but only for a maximum of two years.  

What do I do if I don't get the entry results needed for Monash University?  

There are a number of options open to you. To make the best informed choice, you should seek advice from your local course advisor.
