Students are encouraged to raise their complaints directly with the person concerned in the first instance. If effectively handled, most complaints will not escalate to the level of a grievance. Please ask your institution to provide you with the grievance policy which will outline the course of action. If you and/or your parents still feel dissatisfied you may lodge your complaint with Monash College Pty Ltd which oversees MUFY program. Grievance policy. Your course advisor should be able to advise you on the appropriate dates. Yes, you can repeat your course. Please seek the advice from your course advisor who can assist with your unit selections. Can I defer the Foundation Year? Yes, you may defer but only for a maximum of two years. What do I do if I don't get the entry results needed for Monash University?
